- Carry out internal and external decorating works
- Complete general facilities maintenance
- Undertake basic joinery tasks
- Support facilities management across multiple properties
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role
- Competence in decorating, general repairs, and basic joinery
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own vehicle required
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Salary of £28,000 per year (paid monthly)
- Consistent working hours (Monday–Friday, no weekends)
