
Outbound B2B Appointment Setter – Insurance

This is a full-time office-based role at our Church Street office, working on a B2B appointment setting campaign on behalf of a leading insurance provider. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for their specialist team.
Hourly wage of £12.21 per hour, with career progression in place
28 days of holiday (including statutory), with increasing entitlement based on length of service
Comprehensive training in our state-of-the-art training academy

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Have a minimum of 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales experience
Are confident handling outbound B2B calls in a regulated sector (insurance experience desirable but not essential)
Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs
Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and securing appointments
Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude
Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork
Can contribute motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook to the team dynamic
As a key team member, you will:
Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our insurance client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently
Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all conversations
Report to your Team Manager
Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner
Office-based role at our Church Street office
Full-time flexibility between Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm
40 hours per week
