Customer Service Advisor – Fluent Arabic Speakers

Contract: Temporary
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (UAE Time)

We are currently recruiting fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a busy call centre on a temporary contract.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone in Arabic (and English if required)

  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently

  • Logging calls and updating customer records accurately

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work 8am–6pm UAE time

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
