Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (UAE Time)
We are currently recruiting fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a busy call centre on a temporary contract.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone in Arabic (and English if required)
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
Logging calls and updating customer records accurately
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work 8am–6pm UAE time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Full-time hours (37.5-40 Hours Per Week)
Supportive team environment
