About the Role Start Date:
As an integral part of our International Customer Acquisition team, you'll be reaching out to potential customers on behalf of our client.
You will be working as an Account Manager on behalf of our client.
Identifying contacts and potential resellers relevant to our client.
Generating a structured relationship management strategy, establishing ongoing rapport to provide relevant product and service solutions.
Highlighting relevant promotions and managing recontact follow up communication strategies

About You We are looking for candidates who:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs
Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and closing deals

Experience in IT/critical infrastructure is essential.
Responsibilities As a key team member, you will:
Make outbound business-to-business calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads
Maintain a high standard of quality work
Report to your Team Manager
Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner
Working Hours & Location
Full-time flexibility between Monday and Friday, 7am to 4pm, 40 hours per week
