Appointment Generation/Lead Generation Executive Are you an ambitious individual looking for an Appointment Setting/Lead Generation role to really make your own? Working with one of the world’s leading ecommerce brands, facilitating the growth of the SMB population in the UK! Responsibilities
Contacting a range of small businesses in regard to their use of ecommerce platforms and the proactive generation of leads and appointments, using telephone, email and a range of data insight tools.
Supporting small businesses that want to onboard to our partners ecommerce/CRM platform.
You Are Able to Demonstrate:
Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine curiosity for people and businesses, and ability to build trust over the telephone.
You will have excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to operate with agility and to navigate change.
A confident self-starter
Knowledge of online marketplaces would be useful.
Experienced in supporting customers over the phone.
Able to build strong customer relationships and communicate customer-centric solutions.

Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet objectives.
Experience
Strong experience within a customer facing environment.
Previously experience in a growth/sales role would be advantageous.
Business to business experience would be advantageous.

A base salary of £22,672.00 - £23,920.00
9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
4 Week Grad bay period - Hybrid work available (Performance Dependent)
A fantastic, uncapped bonus structure (OTE £23k - £26k per year)
20 days holiday which increases with length of service & 8 days bank holiday.
Fantastic location, based at our modern Bramall Lane site (S2 4RN) located within a quick walk from the City Centre.
