IT Support Engineer 

A leading Sheffield based contact centre is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to support the day to day running of a Windows environment. 

Working with a small team, this is a varied and challenging role in a fast paced, 24/7 operation. You shall be required to have excellent technical skills and an ability to work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment. 

Essential Skills 

  • Microsoft Azure AD management 
  • Microsoft 365 experience 
  • 1st/2nd line Desktop Support. 
  • Device deployment & management via Endpoint Manager 
  • Time management - prioritise SLA driven tasks 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to describe complex scenarios to both technical & non-technical staff at all levels of the business 
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle


Desirable Skills 

  • Microsoft Active Directory management, trouble shooting and migration 
  • TCP/IP Networking incl. DNS, DHCP, Firewall management, Routing, SFTP etc. 
  • Vendor management & contract negotiation experience 
  • Experience with IP Telephony 



Normal working hours will be 9am-6pm Monday-Friday in office but a degree of flexible working shall be required as will inter-site travel 

1 in 3 weeks on call support. 


Salary & Benefits 

  • £25,000 starting 
  • Company pension


This position will be working across our four Sheffield Offices which are all located near to the City Centre. Primary location will be our Church Street site.
