Customer Service Advisor Role – Ant Marketing
 
Join Ant Marketing, as a Customer Service Advisor in our Sheffield contact centre earning from £19,094 to £19,760 per annum, depending on your age.


We have a select amount of inbound customer service roles and we are looking for bright, enthusiastic and target driven Customer Services Advisor to join our team!

This role is temporary with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our growing team based on your performance.

What you will do
 
  • Take incoming calls and respond to emails from customers who might have a query  or need help
  • Love talking to people and have a knack for understanding their needs
  • Be part of a supportive, fun, and friendly customer service team
  • Flexibility is required between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday – Friday and 9.00am – 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday (40 hours per week).

 What you will bring:
  • Confidence when speaking on the phone
  • Excellent at communicating and delivering great customer service
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • A passion for problem solving
  • An ability to empathise and understand customer needs
  • Adaptable when talking to a wide variety of people

If you don’t have call centre experience? Don’t worry! Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.

 Location:
This role will require you to attend training and work from one of our Sheffield locations, following your training. The training will be for one week.  
We do require you to be within 45 minutes commuting distance for this role.
