This role is offered on a temporary rolling basis with longer term potential.
Location:
This role is based at our Sheaf Quay office (S4 7SW) which is based close to the city centre with excellent transport links and free parking.

The Role
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Assisting customers with queries relating to their online orders
- Representing both our clients and Ant Marketing in a professional manner

- Confident when speaking on the phone
- Excellent at communicating and delivering great customer service
- Engaging with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Adaptable when talking to a wide variety of people

Our Offer
- Starting hourly rate of £9.18-£9.50 (depending on age)
- Full time 40 hours per week between 8AM-8PM Mon-Fri & 9AM-5:30PM Sat & Sun
- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays increases with length of service
- This role is working on behalf of the government
