French Speaker – Call Centre
We are currently seeking a fluent French Speaker to work as a Customer Support Advisor on an inbound technical support line. This is a phone an email based role so you will be handling inbound calls and also responding to queries via email.
This position is based at our our Sheaf Quay site (S4 7SW) which is located very close to the city centre and is easily accessible via public transport.
- Speaking and writing fluently in French
- Speaking and writing fluently in English
- Receiving inbound calls
- Receiving and responding to emails from customers
- Recording important data in French and English
- Working towards and achieving daily and weekly targets
- Maintaining a high standard of quality when communicating
- Reporting to your Team Manager
You don't need any previous experience as full training will be provided, but due to the nature of the campaign, you must be fluent in French to be considered for this role. Applicants must also be able to communicate to a high standard in English also.
8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday (total 37.5hrs per week)
£9.50 per hour
