Customer Service Advisors (working from home)
Ant Marketing is a leading, Sheffield based, Customer Experience Centre providing customer communications, customer service, administration and telemarketing services to local, national and international clients.
We are seeking full time Customer Service Advisors (40 hours per week) to support with ongoing Government projects that are in place to assist with the national roadmap out of the pandemic. These vacancies are currently fixed-term on an ongoing basis.
These Customer Service roles will have flexibility for remote working however, all successful candidates must be able to commit to 3 days of training at our Training Centre based in Sheffield. The training will be a combination of classroom and on the job (9am – 6pm). You will then be provided with IT facilities/laptop to work from home after this initial 3 day training period, providing you performance is where it needs to be.
Therefore, it is essential that all candidates must live in a commutable distance to Sheffield City Centre.
Desirable Criteria for Administrator role
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Comfortable with inputting basic data into systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General admin/office skills
Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisors
- Back office or telephone-based customer service and/or administration experience
- Direct office experience
- Making inbound/outbound calls
- Answering Frequently Asked Questions from members of the public
- Inputting basic details into internal systems
- General admin and customer service duties
These Customer Service vacancies are to start on 30th
June and all candidates must be able to commit to a 3 day training period at our Training sites in Sheffield. All social distancing measures are strictly followed during any on-site training that takes place.
These are full time vacancies working 40 hours per week from home. You must be fully flexible between the hours of 10AM – 8PM (8-9 hour shifts set on a rota basis). You must also be flexible working Monday - Sunday (2 days off each week will vary based on rotas).
£8.36 - £9.50 per hour
Fixed Term Contract – ongoing.
Start Dates will commence from the 20th August where 3 days of paid training will take place at our Sheffield site. Providing we are happy with your performance, IT facilities will be given to you to work from home.
